A professionally guided support group for grey area drinkers who want to better understand their relationship with alcohol through a non-pathologizing lens — and explore change in a more empowering, compassionate way.

In this drop-in support group, you’ll:

✅ Explore your relationship with alcohol through compassion and curiosity rather than shame or self-blame
✅ Learn how unexamined beliefs, automatic habits, and disempowering narratives can keep people stuck in patterns they want to change
✅ Talk openly about your experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental space
✅ Connect with others on a similar journey and gain perspective, support, and insight along the way

Jeanette Hu, MS, is a therapist turned-sobriety guide and the creator of 4-Pillar Empowered Sobriety System
