A Drop-In Sober Curious Support Group
Happy NA (Non-Alcoholic) Hours with Jeanette
A professionally guided support group for grey area drinkers who want to better understand their relationship with alcohol through a non-pathologizing lens — and explore change in a more empowering, compassionate way.
In this drop-in support group, you’ll:
✅ Explore your relationship with alcohol through compassion and curiosity rather than shame or self-blame
✅ Learn how unexamined beliefs, automatic habits, and disempowering narratives can keep people stuck in patterns they want to change
✅ Talk openly about your experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental space
✅ Connect with others on a similar journey and gain perspective, support, and insight along the way
