About Sober Curiosity

What if sobriety isn’t about recovery… but about discovery?

Sober Curiosity is a coaching business for growth-minded individuals who want to change their relationship with alcohol—without shame, labels, or rigid restrictions.

Founded by Jeanette, a former daily drinker turned psychotherapist and sobriety guide, Sober Curiosity offers a compassionate, empowering, growth-driven path to healing that fills the gaps left by traditional recovery models.

What Makes It Different

What sets us apart?

🔸 No labels, shame, or outdated stereotypes

🔸 No “rock bottom” required

🔸 No surrendering needed

🔸 No rigid, one-size-fits-all rules

Instead, Sober Curiosity offer:

✨ Compassionate curiosity over tough love

✨ Empowerment over surrender

✨ Mindset shift over willpower

✨ Expansion over restriction

Sober Curiosity isn’t about restriction—it’s about creating a life of purpose and fulfillment, where alcohol takes a back seat to what truly matters.
